Group therapy
Groups can be a powerful tool in the healing process for individuals struggling with eating disorders or athletes experiencing challenges or questions in sport. Groups provide a supportive environment where participants can share their lived experiences, fostering a sense of connection and understanding. Hearing others’ journeys helps break the isolation often associated with eating disorders, while allowing individuals to gain different perspectives and strategies for recovery. Through open discussions and guided reflection, groups build trust, reduce stigma, and encourage self-compassion, all of which are essential for long-term healing.
