Good Faith Estimates
As of January 1, 2022, all healthcare providers are required to provide estimates for the costs of your care. Under the law, health care providers are required to give individuals who don’t have insurance, or who are not using insurance, an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs for nutrition therapy sessions or any other services related to your treatment with Sööma.
This will be provided upon scheduling and/or as requested. This Good Faith Estimate does not include unexpected costs that could arise during treatment.
